Physical therapists’ knowledge of exercise physiology, range of motion mechanics, and muscle strengthening techniques make them suitable resources able to create a program especially designed for you. They need to be used wisely, similar to driving instructors. They will not drive for you, but they can make you a better driver. Remember that it is your responsibility to learn enough to be able to independently exercise and train in the long run.
