Report Procedure Results

If you are calling to report procedure results, please call (870) 972-0411, Option 4.  Please leave a message with the following information:

  • Patient Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Did you receive relief from injection?
  • If so, how much relief?
  • Did your activity increase?
  • Usually relief is at its peak during the first few days, then it tapers off a bit. For how long did you get relief, any relief?
  • At this point, is there any improvement left, in terms of pain or ability to function?

Report Medial Branch Block Results

  • Patient Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Pain Scores and Activity Hours 0 through 6, where 0 is discharge time
  • Changes in ability to function for the same period
  • Pain Score Today

Please know that phone calls are important to us! However, we are constantly busy with patient care and may not be able to take your phone call right away. Messages will be taken by the front office staff and will be returned within 48 hours.  Your call will be returned. Please do not tie up the phone lines with repeat calls.

Please call if you show any signs/symptoms of infections (fever, chills, drainage and/or redness) at injection site within 48 hours of procedure
